Quality control is crucial at every stage of the rebuilding process.

Workmanship and parts are checked and rechecked throughout the manufacturing process. Our cross-trained technicians double-check each other's workmanship. Only the highest quality component parts are used in every rebuilding stage. 

Gopher has been a long-standing member of the Production Engine Remanufacture’s Association and the Automotive Engine Remanufacture’s Association.

Dirt is the #1 cause of premature engine failure. In a 5-step cleaning process castings are baked for 12 hours at 650 degrees. They are then steel shot blasted and rinsed repeatedly. Chemical solvents can't compare. Additional cleansing procedures occur throughout the rebuilding process.
